Igår kväll så kom vår Linux server innehållandes BF2 Demo server upp på nätet. Efter en snabb test innan vi avslutade lirandet igår så visade sig att saker och ting flöt på ganska bra med hyfsade pingtider. Som sagt är det numera den underbara distributionen Gentoo Linux som står för musklerna så servern ska om möjligt vara ännu stabilare än innan. För tillfället är det en publik server men det ska det bli ändring på inom kort. Hurra!

Anledningen är att routern har inbyggt stöd för dyndns vilket innebär att vi inte kör med no-ip längre. Spelar mindre roll, känns det som...

Maker of glögg		Tjohoo! Mer news! Nice jobbat Tubbe! Testade också servern lite igår (innan alla andra tror jag ) och hade hyfsad ping. Verkade flyta på bra, inget lagg eller sånt. Dock var jag ju själv på servern... nu ska man bara få råd att uppgradera datorn också!
